Rainbow Senior Services, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Brenda Fraser. She has been the sole owner and operator since the company's inception. She is a highly trained and qualified RN who has far exceeded the expectations of her clients.  Our facilities are fully compliant with all governing regulations and we have passed all local and state inspections.
